Our Data, Our Health: Strengthening Digital Health Rights in Communities
Our Data, Our Health brought Community Health Promoters together in Mukuru Kwa Njenga to ask a fundamental question: Who has our health data, and what happens to it? Through honest conversations on consent, privacy, confidentiality and digital health, participants turned lived experiences into collective knowledge and calls for safer, more accountable health systems that protect people’s dignity and rights. The conversation amplified frontline community voices and strengthened participants’ capacity to advocate for safer, more transparent and rights-based use of health data.
